M. Axel Beelen organiseert een seminarie rond de nieuwe richtlijn auteursrecht.

Het seminarie zal doorgaan op 21 juni 2019 in Brussel.

"The EU Copyright directive will have a transversal effect. It will impact all the economic sectors. Google will have to sit at the table with the press publishers in order to conclude licences for its GoogleNews service, scientific researchers will be able to do more effective text&data mining treatments, writers will be able to review their contracts to add the so-called success provision. This new directive will have the same impact in the copyright matter than the GDPR in the data protection field. Member States have only two years to implement the European text.

This course can be interesting for qualified/in-house lawyers, judges, legal consultants, teachers, legislators, users, students.
